From the last 30 minutes trying to reach WES through their so called customer services still couldn't reach wat a pathetic service they have got ; any other numbers ? emails ? please advise

Just now my ECAS status is updated to "We started processing your application on November 18, 2014." Does it mean I can expect my MR shortly and by when?

Pls advice.

I will advice you do the masters degree here in Canada. It will be more profitable here since you plan to settle here.

I too had a rift with them on my wife's application...
Finally, i was forced to send another academic transcript
