Hi All,
23 June applicant, DD encashed on 15th Oct, have not received PER yet. So I called CIC call centre. After waiting for aprox. 15 minutes, there was some one on the other side. She asked me few basic questions to establish my authenticity and then finally gave me the news that my app status is "in process". Also gave me UCI and application no. as well.
Checked on ECAS, said no info found. Then provided my full name instead of family name and the status was visible.
The main page says "In Process" and on clicking this " we received your application on 23rd June" is displayed.

Is this as good as PER?

Im not quite sure that if her profile would exactly match with that of NOC 1114 as her profile is purely in to Investment Banking domain. Do i have to try for my profile. I have more than 7 years of experience in to HR. But will i get the time to apply for it as my WES, IELTS (original copies are already sent with my wifes application).

@Sujeet: You can qualify her under financial underwriter if she was involved in ECM/DCM....Ofcourse, you will have to draft the reference letter to stress on her responsibilities with respect to equity/debt issues.

CIC has just started of sending the PERs for first week of July. You will definitely get the PER by this week..

@Sujeet: You should have received two copies of WES ECA and you can request for additional IELTS copy citing FSW application. It is easier if it is IDP.

We will only know if anyone reports a rejection for 5th august and beyond...so far we know it has been completed till 29th July

The only concern i have here is will CIC reply to the email id which is not mentioned in the forms.

Yes they do reply provided u give them sufficient information about your identity.. also before u cancel the representation.. just get the PER mail from them. for the application.. he can't do what he said like begging n all.. moreover CIO does not take applications in person... get the PER mail n kick the consultant's A**...

It's just that seeing other applicants of the same date are receiving PER.
