I just received the golden email - PER exactly 15 mins ago. My details are shown below:

receipt of payment dated : 16 October 2014 ( as per PER-email)

date of DD issue: 22-june- 2014

Got it bro, m sure you must be good with managing it 8) ;D

Here is what i have done (you pick out of it)

Request letter duly signed by you to add your child in your file
· Notarized copy of the child's birth certificate
· Copy of your child's valid passport including blank pages
· 04 Passport size photographs of your dependent child
· Visa processing fee for CAD$ 150/- in favor of Receiver General for Canada payable at Toronto
· Updated Proof of funds for 03 family members (i.e. CAD$ 18,097)
· Updated Generic form and Additional Family Information Form including the details of your child.

My suggestion, you send it as soon as you get all the above ready, they will add all the details to your file, once they open it tey will have all the details to send your newborns MR along with yours. (as infants do not need to submit PCC or RPRF).

I was not able to coz its just a month and already on MR stage so i will do it differently, i will send my medicals, PCC and RPRF along with my kids docs i mentioned above. once they accept my Medicals, they will just have to send fresh medicals for my kid, that ways they wont slow down my process as they already have my medicals PCC and rprf.

I have all documents regarding the kid ready (like birth certi, passport is under process, photos etc)
As mentioned earlier, i will not be taking my wife and kid along so i think there is no need to show proof of funds (for 3 members) and no need to pay CAD$150 fees for the kid. ;D

Are we supposed to fill form a)Additional Dependants/Declaration [IMM 0008DEP] or b)Additional Family Information [IMM 5406] for addition of kid's name. Also i am unable to download form IMM 0008DEP (Aug'2014). If someone has it, pls share.

Also as i will not be taking family members with me so whether MR request will come for my wife and kid.

The first useful quote i want to post here that My Creditcard has been charged at 4:20 PM Indian Time on 28th Oct for my app received on 8th July, NOC 4011.

Perhaps his dad is working in CIC

1st point he is lying 100%, nor his dad or his grandfather has the ability to talk to CIC people to convince them, you got PER per your own caliber.. Congrats for that.

Now, call CIC, get connected to them share your details with them saying you do not have UCI coz your consultant is not ready to share. Tell them you want to cancel the representative form and remove that consultant from any further correspondence.

They will ask you for all the personal info you had put in form to confirm you are the principal applicant and will do the needful for you. Also, put this complaint to them with name of consultant.

Best of luck

before that try getting your UCI if possible from this fraud and you can directly login online to cancel his representation.

PLEASE PLEASE i need help from the SENIORS in this forum....i think i am in a lot of trouble...my ICCRC regulated immigration consultant just told me last night that he has received my PER Mail but when i asked him to send the PER mail, he first said that he wont send it and then when i was adamant he said that he will send the PER Mail but will erase the ECAS or UCI number from it!!! This sounds really strange to me.

Also he was behaving very rudely and told me that i am lucky to have received PER in the first place as my application was a very weak one. And said that he had to personally got to Canada to submit my application and there he convinced the people responsible there to accept my application. He said i had to beg them to overlook your experience issue!!! To let you all know he has made out an issue from my case for absolutely no reason. I have 11 months job experience + paid internship for 10 months in the same job in a Govt office. so in total i have 1 year and 9 months experience which was sufficient for me. But he says he had to beg them to consider my paid internship as legitimate experience!!!! Is that even possible. Can a consultant do that while submitting a clients application!!???

The point is can my consultant do whatever he is doing rite now. He says he will give me UCI number only after my medical request has arrived. Also he will take full payment before that. I was amazed at how rudely he was talking to me. At one point he even said that i will throw your application if you keep on asking me questions, just let me do whatever i am doing and dont ask questions.

Please help me i am almost having a heart attack....what should i do now...can i complain about him. If yes, WHERE?

And if i do lodge a complaint about him will he in any way be able to harm my application or immigration process

Please please please i ask all the senior members to help me out. I need your advises.

I would suggest first thing you do is ask him for some sort of evidence that PER has been truly issued. Ask him to send screenshot of the ECAS status page with your name and address details on it. Your consultant is a liar but you don't need to fight with him.

I don't know what's the process of removal of representative, but I think you can find it on google. Simply initiate removal of representative process, contact both CIO and Visa Office, let them know that your representative is not co-operating with you and not providing with UCI and other information regarding your application. Ask CIO to update all contact details to your person one. Don't tell your consultant anything about it. Also include evidence of fee payment (such as CC statement or DD receipt from bank etc) to show it's genuinely "YOU" the applicant contacting CIO and the VO. Meanwhile, act innocent and try to politely convince your consultant to provide UCI and other details. If you have any legal contract with your consultant then refer to it and then you can indirectly threaten him/her if he/she are acting against terms agreed.

I did not use a consultant because I thought process was too simple to pay someone to help with it so as to save money. And I wasn't (and am still not) too sure if I want to move to Canada because I am fairly happy where I am at present so I wanted try but at minimal costs. However, after looking at the experiences reported by people on this forum, I think I not only saved money by NOT hiring a needless representative, but I also saved a lot of TIME and TROUBLE!

Being very frank bro, reality would bite, its tooooo late now, i suggest prepare another application any try applying under 1114 if possible, that would work for you only if you can match job duties

Im not quite sure that if her profile would exactly match with that of NOC 1114 as her profile is purely in to Investment Banking domain. Do i have to try for my profile. I have more than 7 years of experience in to HR. But will i get the time to apply for it as my WES, IELTS (original copies are already sent with my wifes application).
