PLEASE PLEASE i need help from the SENIORS in this forum....i think i am in a lot of trouble...my ICCRC regulated immigration consultant just told me last night that he has received my PER Mail but when i asked him to send the PER mail, he first said that he wont send it and then when i was adamant he said that he will send the PER Mail but will erase the ECAS or UCI number from it!!! This sounds really strange to me.
Also he was behaving very rudely and told me that i am lucky to have received PER in the first place as my application was a very weak one. And said that he had to personally got to Canada to submit my application and there he convinced the people responsible there to accept my application. He said i had to beg them to overlook your experience issue!!! To let you all know he has made out an issue from my case for absolutely no reason. I have 11 months job experience + paid internship for 10 months in the same job in a Govt office. so in total i have 1 year and 9 months experience which was sufficient for me. But he says he had to beg them to consider my paid internship as legitimate experience!!!! Is that even possible. This is absolute false statement by your consultant. How can a consultant communicate with CIC regarding an applicant details even when PM of Canada cannot do that. Yes, no one except the authorized CIC officials can look into your file at the initial stage or neither any recommendation is entertained of any level which is strictly against their law?
Can a consultant do that while submitting a clients application!!??? The point is can my consultant do whatever he is doing rite now. No ?
He says he will give me UCI number only after my medical request has arrived. Also he will take full payment before that. In general good consultants charge full payment in hand. Correct me if I am wrong. Which country are you from?
I was amazed at how rudely he was talking to me. At one point he even said that i will throw your application if you keep on asking me questions, just let me do whatever i am doing and don’t ask questions. If one cancels an applicant’s file without an applicant’s knowledge and approval then that is illegal and crime. But I am not sure about the help you will get from your judiciary
Please help me i am almost having a heart attack....what should i do now...can i complain about him. If yes, WHERE? Hope experts can help you on this query
And if i do lodge a complaint about him will he in any way be able to harm my application or immigration process. I believe it’s your consultants email Id which is mentioned in the form, so as long as you don’t have an UCI number, it will be difficult to approach with your complaint to Canadian and your local VO , however I will not rule out if there is a process or way further for this. Seniors and experts, please throw some light on the same. Take in return from his official id that you have received PER for the application you filed, this will help you legally in future

Also on the contrary to the fee schedule in the contract he has asked me to pay full payment at the time of Medical request and then he will give the UCI number., where as, in the contract the fee schedule says that i have to pay half the Fee "After Medical Request" and the remaining half "At the Time of Visa"

Mr Hasan. my suggestion.. Get the PER mail from the consultant (even without UCI)... call up CIC and provide ur details except UCI and they might help you with the UCI and Application No and the status of your application... Once u have these you can kick off the consultant from your application using a form.. But make sure that you don't need him in future.. the forum members can help for queries...

Hi guys. I'm new here. I have a question.

I have sent my application to CIC for a month now, and I have realized the work experience letter that I have provided might not contain all the required information. I think there is this possibility for my application to be rejected. And if I wait to get an answer from CIC, I will lose the time for sending another application. So my question is, can I send a whole new application to CIC now, including the added documents and information? And if I do so, what will happen if the first application gets accepted and then CIC finds the second one?

Hi All,
23 June applicant, DD encashed on 15th Oct, have not received PER yet. So I called CIC call centre. After waiting for aprox. 15 minutes, there was some one on the other side. She asked me few basic questions to establish my authenticity and then finally gave me the news that my app status is "in process". Also gave me UCI and application no. as well.
Checked on ECAS, said no info found. Then provided my full name instead of family name and the status was visible.
The main page says "In Process" and on clicking this " we received your application on 23rd June" is displayed.

Is this as good as PER?

torontoviadelhi Can you please give me some info about this. What questions did they ask to establish authenticity and also can you give me the CIC call centre number on which you called. Thanks in advance for your help
