They are asking what did you do in last 10 years. In that you dont have to mention 4-5 days trip. Say you studied from 2001-2005 then worked from 2006- 2009 then you were unemployed for 6 months. Mean while in 2008 you went to USA for 1 month then you don't have to mention that trip in Schedule A- Background Information. That info belongs in Travel Form. Hope you got what you mean to say.

Thanks a lot for the quick reply :)

I am telling from my experience. Thankfully for me there was no verification required.
Even then I bugged them on daily basis until I got my assessment done.
Call WES and make noise. Don't cut the call until u get solid response.
Many people have really struggled in this phase of verification.
You need to ask WES about any email correspondence with your university/college..
keep asking and making noise..
If you sit silent and expect WES to work efficiently, you are in trouble..

Dear Friend ...Will i b able to connect my call from india as well....!!!

No problem, but attach an annexure explaining this. Leave the space for your daughter's passport information blank and hand write "See annexure for additional information" or something like that in the space so they don't think you just didn't fill it out. In the annexure state that you will furnish the info after receiving your UCI.

Thanks a lot

Who has submitted an FSW 2013 application into the 2014 spreadsheet, with his CC charged? That's a false start, it does not count :D

Suggest
Assets= 50% value of leased property+CAD20000
Liability= 50% of liability
Settlement Fund = 20,000 CAD

Add an additional sheet and explain everything including monthly EMI amount.

Also ensure that you show enough monthly income to cover your EMI and monthly expendditure.

Please show proper papers showing 50% ownership and 50% liability

not a problem at all. once you get PER, and your file gets transferred to your LO, you will be notified, and then ask your LO what documents you need to submit to add your newborn. good luck!

This assumes the baby will be born between the date of application and the transfer to the VO. In that case you are correct.

If however an applicant is farther along there could be a problem. The medical exam includes an x-ray, which a pregnant woman cannot have, so pregnancy would delay the medical and thus delay final issuance of a visa.

Also if a baby is born between visa issuance and landing it is a problem because that baby does not have a visa and cannot land in Canada as an immigrant along with the family. Visas for entire families have been revoked because of this.

This information is received from my Canadian immigration lawyer. Applicants should contact their own lawyer for advice.

Dear seniors, please advice regarding the completion of Form IMM5406

In my IMM5406 form I have my name under "Applicant" - because I am the principal applicant.
In my wife's form I am the Applicant and she is the common-law partner or she is the Applicant and I am the common law partner.

For me it is a little bit confusing because I don't understand if Applicant means the person who completes the file, or the Principal Applicant in the immigration process.

Thank you,

Yes, in your case, Assets and Settlement Fund shall be same.

Your spouse will fill IMM5669E and IMM5406.

Thanks Century.

I have to fill up IMM5406 for my spouse then who will be the Applicant?
