Please help to solve my queries:

1) I am showing the fund proof using my father's money. It has been transferred to my account from him. is it a problem?? is it compulsory to make a gift affidavit?

2) What is the difference between experience letter and letter of reference?? My current employer doesnt understand LOR so am i. Will latest experience letter from them do??

3) Is there any need to give IT return or Form 16 of last three years??

4) I am planning to apply for NOC 4011 which is university professor. It indicates to show research work. I have papers published in journal. Is there any need to send a copy of research papers (that means around 100 additional pages)

Please your advice is appreciated.

Last questions. Last tome applied in FSW 2013 and got my file back because of cap full.

I got UCI written using red pen. If i try now to get the status using same UCI in online service portal, i dont get anything.
So should i mention the UCI in new application this time as it is for different NOC now. And what is the provided UCI is wrong. Because it doesnt indicate anything in system

All those who are using Visa/mastercard Credit card for fee payment. call your bank and enable international transaction of atleast 70k . As per RBI mandate international transactions on indian Credit cards is disabled by default. Lot of people got their application rejected because thier CC transaction failed. I called my bank and enabled international transaction on my credit card.

Even if u r thinking its wrong u may write it down...Coz CIC will check and will correct it if that one is really wrong...

Its not mandatory that u can check with ur UCI on online on all cases(since ur file was not successful)...

Since u r still on china u should choose Hongkong (not Beijing) coz Hong kong was so faster compare to Beijing on FSW13.

And also u should stay on current country of resdence over one yr to choose respective local visa office....

So guess I will have to fly back to China for the interview if I am already there in Canada for studying?

Hi Seniors,

I am Pre-Feb 2008 FSW applicant but my application was terminated by law.
My question is, in Schedule A Item no. 6-d, should I tick YES and provide details as to why I was refused as an immigrant?
This is very crucial for me...need your enlightenment.

Yes u have to click yes on 6d and provide the cause on the box...

Till now they are same but as suggested by senior members lets wait for them till 1st May 2014. CIC may introduce changes at the last moment. It has done it before and can do it again.
