Hey all.... the weekend is almost over in India....

Waiting for CIC to start working in just a little over half a day! I'm going with Canol's predictions for the specific NOC CAP updates but I think He's underestimated each NOC by about 10 units ......

Overall cap update should be close to 3250... I'll be really happy if it is above 3315.... would give an indication that CIC is picking up speed even more .... !! 110 per day would be awesome .... also if CIC charges 29th May tomorrow, then we would have 4 new dates charged in 4 consecutive days .... would mean a lot of hope to a lot of people ......


Lets all Cheer to see a good number overall number and relatively small HOT NOC increments...

I would say 3253 , but what makes me happy is that charging 27th and 28th went as expected, as the numbers in the SS are less that any other days in May which says that the SS is a true reflection of the reality

Reading the recent comments I realize I have made an unintentional but a GRAVE mistake. In the background declaration, I have ticked NO for if my visa application was ever rejected. My Visa application to US was once refused in 2006 when I applied from UK after graduation. However, I applied for visa again in 2011 from Middle East and was granted and have traveled to US extensively since then.

I received my PER last week and my visa office is London. Is there a way I can correct this mistake?

Hello all,

I have trouble validating fast enough my study degree by WES, due to my university...birocracy...but I hope to submit my application around mid October.

Do you think i will make it before the cap is reached for NOC 2173 or NOC 2171?
My job duties belong to both NOCs but I am wondering which one will not be cap full until then.

It will be locked on the date of application and processed as dependant. But you still will need PCC I think while landing. And I guess, another 490$.. 8)

Its Ministerial Instruction -MI.

MI-2 was the FSW opening - Jul 10- Jun 11
MI-3 was the FSW opening - Jul 12- Jun 12
MI-8 was the FSW opening - May 13-Apr 14
MI-12 was the FSW opening - May 14-Apr 15

Each of the FSW is covered by a set of MI...

There is no reported case of rejection for this year for use of old form. In FSW2013 some applicatants received rejections, due to usage of old schedule 3 form. However the important thing to note there is that last year there was substantial difference in this form, which is not the case in this year's changed form.

The more significant reason I guess is they changed / updated the form mid way...and so lenient as the change was more for consent for contact etc. Great!
