My brother applied for NOC 1112, got rejected last year due to roles mismatch. This time can he apply for NOC 1111 by converting all 1112 experince into 1111 by arranging new ref letters?? Will CIC reject it, as he applied in NOC 1112 last year and this tym its NOC 1111?? PLz reply urgently.. KOllin bro, Asif bhai, century Sir.. all

One point of duties (of 3 lines; is completely matching, words and sentences) with my another reference letter - will it make any problem.

Should not be an issue. However make sure the ref letters mention job and responsibilities aligned to 1111

My present employer didnt mention the roles and responsibilities too. He just mentioned that I am working for their company .

I have their refusal email.

So if I attach the docs you suggested, will it suffice requirement?

how were you paid..im sure through bank deposits...if so then get the monthly bank statements (detailed ones where the depositor's name n code is mentioned as well...) highlight the salary figures of each month, along with what Katvees has mentioned...try to think of more supporting docs like your contract agreement at the time of joining.. give in everything you have. good luck!

I am planning to apply for NOC 2171 by end of this week. As this is one of the hot NOCs I do not want to commit my money in the form of a DD. Hence I would like to provide my Credit Card details to CIC. For online transactions the credit card actually asks for an OTP on my mobile before realisation. Does this create problem for CIC to encash? What are the precautions I need to take so that when required CIC can encash without issues.

As far as I know, for CC transactions done by CIC they will not be asked for an OTP. So go ahead and send your application. Please ensure that your CC is not lost, is having more funds than is needed by CIC, and is enabled for international transactions.

[size=9pt] The roles and responsibilities of 1112 and 1111 are vastly different, so it is very difficult to justify that the same person has done both in 10 years, in the first place. But when the very same work experience is quoted for these two very distinct NOCs (in consecutive years) it is likely an outright case of forgery, 90% of the time. I expect CIC to figure this out pretty quickly. Please be very aware of this, rest is up to the individual concerned.

Ohh in that case my suggestion is tremendously wrong. I read somewhere on the forum that categories don't matter in consecutive applications.. However, your comment seems legitimate...

From now on will suggest only when i am 100% sure on query..

do i need to mention my only 28 days travel to Holland on werk permit?
2) If I am not submitting PCC do I need to submit some letter or clarification about same?
3) Does scientist job in IT field fall in govt category of form IMM5669 point 10?
4) is it okay to write 'NONE' in first row all columns for points 9,10,11 of form IMM4669?
5) guide says: Translation of documents
Any document that is not in English or French must be accompanied by:
the English or French translation; and
an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
a certified copy of the original document.

I have translated docs for 10th and 12th with translator's attestation on copy of original Hindi document.
and a letter from translator on letter head saying they did translation for me. but this affidavit thing is new.
what should I do?
should I get a new translation done by notary and get an affidavit as well?
6a) in residence address list (point 12 of IMM4669) should I start from recent address or oldest?
6b) do i need to mention hotel address of my 28days travel to holland on work permit.
please help with above asap.

Not an issue at all brother. The earlier rejection meant that you are not 1112 and could be 1111. Both the NOCs are in same field - it is not unusual for a person having experience in both the NOCs - just think about CFO. Just mention previous roles you mentioned and current roles in 1111. But don't try to misrepresent.

There is some specific section of law on this - cannot remember where I found it. It is like this -If an applicant wrongly claim something, and if in the next application s/he rectify it, his application will not be affected for previously wrong claim. ;D ;D ;D

Consultant Problem

Dear Experts

Please help me to short out a different Problem

I have applied through consultant and now for every thing he is not cooperating me. Every time i demand something like photo copy of application form, my documents and many other things he bluntly say no and our discussion become heated . Further after heated discussion he use to say that he will withdraw our case. I have following point which i need your help

1. Can he make any effect to my application
2. In case of withdrawal by him is CIC return my application
3. Any process to Complaint his acts and black mailing attitude
4. What is the way forward?

Need everyone views please help me to short it out

no... since you'll also be submitting a form for CC charge, where you authorize the CIC to charge the fee with your signature, the OTP and the rest doesnt fall into picture.. go through the checklist and send your file asap.. all the best!
