I hope so. but i am not 100% sure since i am also waiting for PER.
Also, please browse through lots of previous posts related to reference letters.

you may find it approx. 25 previous pages. Just have a look at them.

if not, Friends who have already got their PER could help if they have crossed this type of situation.

So finally CIC declared new opening from 1st May -2014.

I have created this thread for helping each other --could be anything-form filling up,POF queries,mental support etc .

Since this year 50 category will be open having a max cap of 1000, so this will bring more opportunity to be a successful applicant for an period.

You can call your Courier service and ask them to deliver on the address you wish..

I am planning to apply for NOC 2171 by end of this week. As this is one of the hot NOCs I do not want to commit my money in the form of a DD. Hence I would like to provide my Credit Card details to CIC. For online transactions the credit card actually asks for an OTP on my mobile before realisation. Does this create problem for CIC to encash? What are the precautions I need to take so that when required CIC can encash without issues.
