Hi all,

My actual date of birth July 01, 1983.

In my ECA report unfortunately, WES has mentioned my date of birth as June 01, 1981 instead of my actual date of birth July 01, 1983.

I have sent my application to CIC with this ECA report to reach the CAP since my NOC - 2174 is very popular one. I have attached an affidavit with my application for this mistake.

Will there be any problem for this?

WES usually mentions the DOB as they find it on the educational documents provided. Are you sure you had the correct DOB on your educational documents?

I'm sure WES got your DOB from your academic evaluation.....please confirm your DOB with your institution.
If they have done mistake...fine.....sometimes...they do make mistake too.
Your affidavit will suffix for it.....it was a good move.

Yes, I am sure about that. Because in all of my educational documents my Birthday is July 01, 1983. Even in the ECA request form it was July 01, 1983.

Thanks for your feedback. Tried to get DD from my bank. But they have so much formalities to complete. That is why going for CC option. I was upset in the morning after coming from bank, but feeling good now by using CC option.

You're welcome brother. With CC it is easier right now, while applying, I agree. But what if the issuing bank denies foreign currency transactions of such high amount? Chasing the issuing bank guys is a pain in the rear. Not that people don't get success with CC. A lot are successful, I agree.
What if your CC got lost a few weeks later - this too happens to people. Then, do you cancel it or leave it open for others to misuse it?
Getting a DD made, though a little hard work right now, once completed....the fee part is done and dusted with. No worries!!!
I guess I am DD biased, haha.

After giving application for 2nd copy of IELTS on 28th APRIL, and after paying the required amount on 9th may, i got my IELTS copy after one month, i.e today.

And within an hour i sent all the package to CIC. Hope this time nothing goes wrong as my application package was returned deemed incomplete and lost some where last year./

And also i had filled all the forms on 29th may, and send my document today, . will that be a problem?

Then do not worry . Its not your mistake. Your affidavit will resolve the confusion.

You are good...provided you filled it very well.

I completely agree with you brother. But I do not have this option open right now. My bank need original passport, which is not with me right now. It has been submitted in am embassy for VISA, it might get a week or two get it back and I do not want to wait for so long that is why choosing CC option. I guess you would do the same if u r in my situation.

Can you pls clarify following for me

1. I know we have to mention all experience in application...... is it mandatory to provide experience letters from all organizations? or just the eligible noc related exp letters for which we are claiming points should be fine?

2. I have 6+ yrs in 2172 and 2174, out of which 3+ are realted to noc 2172. Will I be eligible to claim points for my overall experience(6+) or just NOC related for which I am applying for(3+)?

I have a query ,

My Job reference letters are an year old.

So far I changed 3 companies.

So does it mean I need to contact all my current and previous organisation for the same ?

I am sure this time they will not issue the same , as even last time I faced lots of difficulties to get the job reference letters.

Please advise what should I need to do.

ALso Just to add, I want to update the responsibilities with my previous employers , I feel anxious as I know they won't entertain this .

Please help and advise at the earliest would be really thankful to u.

Senior Kollins good morning,inspite all the support i got from people like u,century,Goku,Shaif and the rest of the other seniors in the house,i could not just be qualified based on that. If one way isn't possible,i think there may be other routes I just remembered that i have a coursin in Manitoba,Winnipeg who has been there for like 30yrs now and looking at the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Programme, especially the Family Support Stream or the General Stream,i think i stand a chance to be landed in CA Please can i get an advice on the processes on how to apply. I mean step by step application moves ! I trust i can get all the help i need on this forum. I trust the experts here !
