Dear Kollins, Thanks for the reply.
I am also assuming that the package is on its way back.
So i already have one more copy from the WES and i will get the IELTS duplicate copy in one or two days. So i can resend my application.
But the real worry is that i dont know the reason of objection, untill i dont know why its being returned. how can i resend my application. Please share some thoughts on that. I know it could be because of CC. I will be more happy if they will say the payment issue in the email. I will use the DD instead now.

Suggest you wait for the package to be returned. If you don't know the actual reason for return, you may repeat the same mistake.

Apart from this, your NOC is very very cool one. Last year, only 129 applied. 100% sure, your NOC will net get cap limit. So wait and relax till you receive your file back.

Hi everyone,
Can you pls clarify following for me

1. I know we have to mention all experience in application...... is it mandatory to provide experience letters from all organizations? or just the eligible noc related exp letters for which we are claiming points should be fine?

2. I have 6+ yrs in 2172 and 2174, out of which 3+ are realted to noc 2172. Will I be eligible to claim points for my overall experience(6+) or just NOC related for which I am applying for(3+)?

As far i know, You will get the point for whole of the years of experience. For this you have to provide experience letters from all organizations. But, You have to work in the related profession for last 2 years in the NOC you are going to apply. Hope this helps you to be clear.

I completely agree with you brother. But I do not have this option open right now. My bank need original passport, which is not with me right now. It has been submitted in am embassy for VISA, it might get a week or two get it back and I do not want to wait for so long that is why choosing CC option. I guess you would do the same if u r in my situation.

Try a private bank either..
i made my draft from a private bank and they just asked for what purpose u require dats it.. while govt. bank ppl were like, will need this will need that.. so many formalities..
so i suggest try a private bank..

After giving application for 2nd copy of IELTS on 28th APRIL, and after paying the required amount on 9th may, i got my IELTS copy after one month, i.e today.

And within an hour i sent all the package to CIC. Hope this time nothing goes wrong as my application package was returned deemed incomplete and lost some where last year./

And also i had filled all the forms on 29th may, and send my document today, . will that be a problem?

I think you can get it made from some other bank as well, usually banks take cash and make DD although fee in this case is higher.

Btw how u plan to have your brother's signature (who is in USA) on application, as CC holder signature are required on application?

I completely agree with you brother. But I do not have this option open right now. My bank need original passport, which is not with me right now. It has been submitted in am embassy for VISA, it might get a week or two get it back and I do not want to wait for so long that is why choosing CC option. I guess you would do the same if u r in my situation.

Is it fine if I get reference letter from my lead on a plain A4 sheet page?

I had the same issue.
Then I made DD from HDFC bank, it doesn't requires your passport provided u have account with HDFC.

You can but it would be better if he provides on affidavit that
1. he is your lead
2. reasons why company will not provide on letter head
3. your role & responsibilities

Don't forget to attached other proof's of employment including regular experience/job letter (without roles & responsibilities) having ur salary and all other requirements.

Also attach your and your leads business card.

REMEMBER that there is no proof of acceptance/rejection of such affidavit/plain paper. However, affidavit is a recommended solution of last resort. So try your level best to get it on letter head.

I think even a friend of yours who has account in HDFC can get it made on your behalf.

the reference letters must be on company's letter head..

Yes you are perfectly fine but you need to attach a visiting card of your lead with Ref. Letter..
