Make it payable to "Receiver General to Canada" or "Canadian High Commission".
2)
Covering Letter: Can someone share a sample cover letter and Affidavit (both) for the below scenario please
When applied for new passport, the following were the changes;

Hello Sir/Madam,
This is regarding changes in our Passport details as Me (Your name) & my spouse(Name) both have renewed our passports. So, I would like to update our passport information in out ongoing application (file #).
Hereby, Please find a copy of my new passport and old passport enclosed. Let me know if any further information required from my end.

3) Apart from Covering letter, is there any Affidavit needed? Also what should i include? Will the below suffice or should only particular documents to be sent?
- Old Passport bio pages
- New Passport All pages with notarization
Photocopies of both Passport will do, Notarization or affidavit is not needed if they are in English.
4) What address should i send the documents to?
