I'm expecting ppr. I didn't get ppr. They just asked me to explain. Please guys I need gurus to help me respond so I will know what I can do

I know someone who once had a case similar to yours...All he did was to put up a strong cover letter explaining to AVO that the money in his account was a gift from his parents to support his immigration plans. Luckily for him, the transfer came directly from his parent's joint account so he printed the bank statement of his parent's joint account and added a letter co-signed by his dad and mum saying that the money was a gift from them to support their child, and it was fine...he got his visa.....I hope this helps.

Congratulations on your application getting thus far Aoj. Please note that settlement funds are liquid funds that you can access immediately and not tied to any encumbrances. Your Pension Fund can only be accessed after 6 months of your resignation from your place of work, so it is not ideal for use as POF because you have no access to it right now.

Get your documents from the sale of land plus the existing amount that you have already in your bank account and write a good cover letter referring to the land documents submitted earlier and the sale that brought about the huge sum deposited in your account and I believe you will be alright. All the best.
