Your Pension Fund can only be accessed after 6 months of your resignation from your place of work, so it is not ideal for use as POF because you have no access to it right now.
Get your documents from the sale of land plus the existing amount that you have already in your bank account and write a good cover letter referring to the land documents submitted earlier and the sale that brought about the huge sum deposited in your account and I believe you will be alright.
