I am in the same situation and there is no VIsa office mentioned.

How did you find out that the Visa Office Info, did they email you ? or you emailed them .

I sent CIC mail on 28th nov to know the file status & i got reply from them on 28th Jan stating that file is transferred to Moscow.

Hi we have almost the same application timeline, i think what u received is aor by vo. But did u mentioned in ur generic application form your preferred vo? In my case i put abu dhabi bec that is where i am nearest, im from dubai. Hopefully to receive aor today, can't wait to receive it...i suggest write a mail to them informing your situation.

If ndvo does not send aor, how come in ur timeline it shows awaited aor? It doesn't match...

Extremely weired attitude of CIC on transferring files randomly to various VOs around the world without taking into consideration of the situation of the applicants.
