Admins, please update. God's promise keeps coming true for us in His perfect time. Passports have been requested by Mexico VO on Oct 30th, will send them out on Oct 31st.

A few things caught my attention from the letter we got:
  • We have to send two pictures per applicant, as well as the permanent address in Canada. Wonder if they'll send pre-filled PR landing forms :)
  • The letter states that the visas will expire on 10/24/2015, earlier if some passport expires earlier (none does). The medicals were done on 10/20... Apparently the year is from the date the medicals are made available to the VO from the RMO
  • The letter emphatically states twice that no extensions will be granted to the visas, not even by having medicals done again
  • They say that if I send everything by courier with a prepaid airway bill (as they've requested) I shall have the passports back in a week or two

ECAS still shows only the second line, but hey, who cares by now? :D

Hi All,

I'm FSW-2014 applicant.

Need some guidance about Visa Stamping.
My application is with NDVO, but I'm staying in Singapore.
I have received MR/RPRF/PCC, which I'm going fulfill by nextweek.

I would like to know is it wise to request for Visa stamping in SG along with RPRF/PCC response mail or after we get 'COPR/Decision Made' email?

Thanks

We got the mail from CIC yesterday stating "Your application has now been placed into processing." . Is this the mail for PER? If yes then we have to inform visa office regarding the change of my husband's passport. Please help me how to inform visa office?

Need your help............

This is not a PER mail format please.
It is an indication that your chances of getting PER is very good.
Expect the formal PER email very soon.
Good luck

Did you check your Inbox for a separate mail from Client-update-mise-a-jour@cic.gc.ca, generally that is the norm followed by NDVO. A separate mail, containing the forms for Medical Forms are sent from the above ID, and detailed instructions are sent on another mail with regards to further furnishing of docs and timelines such as MR, PCC etc. Please check

Brother, It is also true for SGVO........everyone receive mail from sporeimmigration@int.gc.ca & MR form from Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca.

But I didnt receive any mail from Client-update-mise-a-jour @ cic.gc.ca.

Already almost 13 days passed & my timeline set to 30 days.
