Hello friends,
Is it necessary that the university degrees and transcripts must be send directly by the awarding university in sealed envelope to the ECA credential evaluation agency?
I have done my MBA in 2011 so what can I do ? Should I send verified degrees and transcripts directly to the agency by myself?

So May 4th is finally here, the much anticipated date. Yet many of us are still quite busy filling out forms, gathering documents and awaiting reports for ECA's . :'(

I created this thread to facilitate members keeping track of applicants within their batch. However I am not very tech savvy, the 2011 applicants had a track sheet that showed the progress of the applicants....I have posted the link below.

Can anyone create a similar one for the 2013 applicants and make it assessable to us.

I have applied for FSW 2013 in NOC 2146.My application was received on 09 April 2014.
I have not received any intimation from CIC yet.Could someone help me out to know the status of my application.The spreadsheet seems very helpful to all.I would like to know how to update my details in future to the provided spreadsheet.

Ann,

This should not be an issue. Several VOs have different procedures in this respect. Some will request only MR and RPRF, and upon completing this, issue the PPR. Some will ask for all three at once. Some will proceed as yours.

My advise is - pay the RPRF as soon as possible, as this will move forward your case, and also, depending on the method of payment and report, this shall give you a legitimate channel of contact to the VO in order to inquire about the medicals.

Have you tried contacting the university where you got your MBA about this? There are procedures to do this, even if you've already left that country. I'd strongly advise you to verify the country-specific requirements on the WES Web site for the country where the university is, as well as contacting the university about this. Do not send the transcripts yourself without checking and ensuring how WES expects this and how to go about it.

Hey guys
My application was received by CIC on 4th June.
I didn't include the affidavit of the translator who translated my Birth Certificate..
I didn't knew earlier that we need to submit it, However the translation is notarized.

Is it worth sending now? I am pretty sure that they won't accept any additional document as i don't have the UCI.
But is there a slight chance or has anyone sent any additional documents that has been accepted without UCI.

I have got updates that I want to share for a long time but couldn't sit and write apologies for that. Being father is taking much more time than I thought but getting used to it. Anyways, after including my son in the application, Warsaw office sent his MR form on June 2nd. Just for him, my wife and mine was sent with a separate email on Apr 16th. ECAS status still shows “We started processing your application on April 16, 2014.” Warsaw office also asked below documents to update our case.

1-Updated, original police certificates from Turkey for your spouse
Mine and my wife’s PC from Russia (she is Russian) was sent with the previous delivery.
2-Updated proof of funds
3-Completion of the medical examination
4-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence
5-A copy of all pages of passport for yourself, your spouse and your accompanying dependent children.
6-Specify the height and eye colour for you and each of your accompanying dependents (on a separate sheet of paper)

All three of us will take the medical examination on June 21st and sent the complete package to Warsaw by June 28th. After all this I believe we will be waiting for PPR and DM. I have got one doubt though. As far as I tracked in the forum; MR, RPRF, PC and PPR comes all together am I right? But in my case PPR has not come along with MR and RPRF. Is there anybody at the same position? And also last 2 requests from embassy are also interesting. Till some point I can understand the item #5 but eye color and height, in the separate sheet, that is strange.

Dear member, only NDVO issue all requests at a time. All VO have their own strategy to issue requests.

No harm in mailing these , in your covering letter , regret this missing , and do mention reference number of your Courier AWB Number , of receipt of your application.
