I had sent my PP two days back.
Today, I was reading the request letter again. Sort of got confused by the PP request wording.
I am pasting the extract from request. Please correct me if this was not the PP request. Though I has sent my PP.


 Medical: Complete or provide proof of completion of the Immigration medical
examination for all This must be received at this office by: 04/24/2014

 RPRF: Pay the Right of Permanent Residence fee for yourself and spouse This must be
received at this office by: 04/24/2014

 Passport/Travel Document: Valid passport or travel document for all (both new and
old/cancelled if any )to be submitted after all other requirements are met. This must be
received at this office by: 04/24/2014

There is nothing to get confused,
Even in my MR also i have the same wordings.

i am in a very tricky situation got medical request ppr and rprf on 8 feb 2014
as my bad luck stuck me in a situation where i got a background check yesterday that went terribly wrong as i was on leave for 2- 3 months new staff and messed up all guys help chc people left with the impression that i presented wrong employment information guys please help this is the only hope i dont know now whether to submit medicals and pp or not please vats etha4 u help me out

Hi... The confusion was the wording "Valid passport or travel document for all (both new and old/cancelled if any )to be submitted after all other requirements are met". I was wondering if this means that once all the requirements are met, one should get a seperate PP request.

Anyways members, I had sent my PP, DD, and Medical acknowledgement thru vfs bangalore.

Hi used the vfs bangalore services 2 days back. Is there any specific query?

No Problem,
A pleasure to help you.
VFS is located on central street and in terms of local directions, proceed on St. Marks road towards Shivajinagar bus stand and immediately after the cubbon road signal it is the 2nd building on the left. It has a good parking system as well.
> You need to download the consent form from their website and fill it up and both you & ur spouse need to sign off on it.
> You need to take your present and past passports and the request letter, RPRF DD, PCC & Medical acknowledgement Etc.. ( whateever is asked in the NDVO's request letter.)
> You needto take cash of about 1200 if you and spouse & child is included in the appln and want to collect the passport from VFS after they arrive back.
Else you need to carry about 2 to 2.5K for them to send passports to your house thro courier ( I don't know the exact amount)

Go as early as possible (Within 7:45 AM) to be first in the Queue and avoid the waiting hassles.

Hi. Thanks for the reply. Does that mean that reapplication will be of no use. Is there a writeup saying Qubec applicants cant apply for FSWP. I searched this question in forums but couldnt get any reply.

I havent apply thru consultant. However, I was told by one of the main consultant in Bangalore that there is no restriction in FSW if Qubec application is in progress. Infact he only suggested not to mention Qubec file as it may add complications. I think I got screwed up by the consultant.

I was expecting some feedback on my mail but there is no luck. Can anyone help me with the customer care number.
I think its better to give them a call and get it clarify.
