Dear seniors,

After long time i am back in this forum... I had done my medical & Paid my RPRF fee. Due to mistake of my consultant i have paid less amount of my RPRF fee then as per required. Today there was 4th line of "Decision Made". I did inquiry to bank where i made my DD. They says cash hasn't been received yet by concerned offices but in application status there is Decision made.. Is that means my application for PR is being rejected?? Do any other applicants have such experience....still i haven't received my passport back..and there is no any such mail from CIC or LVO regarding rejection of application..........please u guys guidance is requested....i am really in problem...please share ur experience.

sorry to hear that lucky!!! i think u should write to NDVO immediately mentioning urgent in the subject line and start making a DD with correct amount ASAP. Write a cover letter describing the situation.

I had somewhat similar situation. In my additional family information, i opted for CC which is not accepted by NDVO. so i emailed them and sent a DD with the cover letter. Thankfully the day next i sent them my DD, got an email from NDVO to sent it again.

VFS is located on central street and in terms of local directions, proceed on St. Marks road towards Shivajinagar bus stand and immediately after the cubbon road signal it is the 2nd building on the left. It has a good parking system as well.
> You need to download the consent form from their website and fill it up and both you & ur spouse need to sign off on it.
> You need to take your present and past passports and the request letter, RPRF DD, PCC & Medical acknowledgement Etc.. ( whateever is asked in the NDVO's request letter.)
> You needto take cash of about 1200 if you and spouse & child is included in the appln and want to collect the passport from VFS after they arrive back.
Else you need to carry about 2 to 2.5K for them to send passports to your house thro courier ( I don't know the exact amount)

Go as early as possible (Within 7:45 AM) to be first in the Queue and avoid the waiting hassles.

Congrats to all the folks that got one update or the other.

Quick inquiry and thoughts on what could be delaying the PER for an applicant with the following timeline:

- Application received at CIO on the 31st Jan 2014
- CC charged on the 25th February
- Till date, no PER has been received
- Contacted the CIC through the e-mail address and still waiting for the 20working days window for feedback

Appreciate your thoughts

U vl get nx week as applicnts till 16th or 17 th feb got per so u vl get in ur tym

Yes i send MY passports through VFS & difference of paid amout is INR 7000/-. Actually my consultant let me pay as per old rate of RPRF fee. but RPRF fee structure was already changed 3 months before. There was no any further requests by NDVO. now i am in great trouble....

No you are not in trouble. Get a single DD in INR for 28900 for each applicant excluding children asap. So for 2 adults it will be 57800/- Also log a CSE https://dmp-portal.cic.gc.ca/cicemail/intro-eng.aspx?mission=new%20delhiwith the subject line Urgent: RPRF amount dispatched. Quote all the info requested in the mandatory fields.
Blue Dart offers same day dispatch, if not today, it should be dispatched tomorrow.

And please quote your consultant/consultancy firm here.

U can apply for Quebec, FSW and PNP all at the same time. Theere are no issues with that. The applicant will be asked to drop other pending applications when one gets to very advanced stages.

I think if someone has applied for Quebec then he/ she can not apply for fsw program.

But in any case it is mandatory to mention about past details as they can track it easily in their own database while feeding your details.

For e.g there is member who report that he didn't mentioned canada visitor visa rejection details and vo ask clarification on that. Means they are able to track our past records with canada immi& citi.

I received msg from vfs that pp delivered to ndvo on 10/03 is it possible on same day?

Well, there is no real time updates from LVO for LVO applicants, therefore they aren't that much active here. Also, there is another thread for LVO applicants, most of the LVO traffic has been diverted to that thread. But when there is any news from LVO, the applicant is updating here too.

Why LVO applicants are not active on this threads?

The question you are referring to if it is from Schedule A Form then it is meant for those who have been refused Quebec Immigration but not for those who have applied for Quebec Immigration. Therefore, your answered correctly, hence no need to worry about it.

But if you are referring to any other question in any other form, kindly mention it clearly again.

This mail is to get an advice on my application. I am a Mechanical engineer and working in Aerospace from last 6 years. I have 9 years of experience.
My duties are listed in the NOC2146. I had sent my application in Jan start (Received by Mike - 2nd Jan. NOC 2146, VO: ND). I have not received any updates on my application. My card is not yet charged.
On 16th Feb I had sent a mail to (cio-sydney-search-enquiry @ cic.gc.ca) CIC regarding the status but have not received any reply yet.

One correction I spotted out in my application form last week. Un-intentionally, I said no to any of the previous immigrations. However, I applied for Qubec 3 years back and it is still in process. There is no update on the Qubec immigration. SO, i didn't mention that. Can this minor mistake be an issue for the delay?

I have no clue on the delay in my application. I am thinking of sending the file again but don't want to commit the same mistake, if I have in my previous app.

Please suggest.

There is not even second line in my ECAS. Yes I called the doctor and she told me that the result was sent March 4.
and I received following email from CPP-O this week

Please note;
We have received your documents sent by mail
Once , your medical and security records has been updated , your file will be reviewed by officer for further action or decision.

Yes, also they asked to update POF and some other things like update of my eye color, height and police certificate from Canada.

How do you update your eye colour and height? I also got similar instruction in my medical mail, however I think the doctor did that, because he look at our height and eye.
Did you just update your bank statement with the balance and print it out for them? I was asked to also provide a six months bank statement showing deposit and withdrawal, which I provided, with $17,011 as the closing balance. (Note that the transaction in the account for the six months is not up to $17,011). Hope this is fine?
