it takes around 15 to 20 days though mostly everyone gets it in 10 to 15 days...so u need not worry for one more week...hope u get it next week

Congratulations! Are u going to land from USA? You had also said that all complete documents were received by CPP O on 10/1/2014...what docs are these?

Actually i am living in Egypt, but Cairo applicants' files in this program are being processed by CPP-O... So the best way to get my passports back stamped with visa, is to give CIC my friend's address in USA so they can send my documents to him, and they did.

The remaining documents were mostly concerning my spouse, as she lived in many countries so she had to submit many PCs. One of them took almost 3 months to get it.

It was clearly instructed that credit card must be valid for a period of 9 months from the date of application. CIC clearly stated that if payment is not received for any reason, the application will be returned incomplete. CIC wasn't supposed to ask for new credit card if payment is refused for any reason. Therefore, it was your responsibility to provide a credit card which was valid for 9 months and must have kept eye of the validity of the credit card.

Since your credit card was never charged and you never received a PER from CIC, therefore it is certain that your application is not included in the CAP. You can only check with CIC when your application was returned to you. If you consultant has given his/her address then it might have already returned but he/she might be hiding this from you. You know better how to check and deal with it.

My credit card was deactivated sometime in october n till then, my file had not been returned.
So I was thinking it this way that sometimes DD sent by the applicant also gets expired and cic ppl atleast rspond to it n ask for a dd as i know.
So in my case the method of payment varies but they could ask for the new credit card details.
Anyways my file was also not returned till now. thats y i was expecting some response from cic.
N then finally if i arrange for another case to be filed with a different noc, wouldn't it be treated as a duplicate one or a misapproprate kind of thing from my side? I can file the case in a week from now.
But then, i am afraid, would it be all right to do this?
as my earlier case file package status is not known at all.
can some link from cic or something like that help in this case?
duplicate ielts n wes reports can be asked for.
N one more thing, GCMS notes can be of help or not as i read that u can ask for them without any file no with ur full name, vo, and date of birth details... plz suggest..
