No one knows when the NOC will be capped. But if s/he applies as soon as possible and fire the bullet immediately before gun get rust.

I might be wrong, but even my NOC is 2147 and May applicant. Some 2147 have got their E-cas updated or Interview sort of stuff .

If you are in middle east, you chances are high but strangely even the assumptions are not working. I physically reside in UK and from India.
Wish I would have chosen NDVO.
has anyone been contacted by LVO after they have updated anything, Coz I had to update them with my Marriage and addition of spouse.

In the forum it was mentioned no need to send the academic request form if we are sending to WEP. if it sent from Institute they should include that form . is it True ..?

What I am sure of is that WES requires that transcripts should be sent to them by the institution that issued them. If the issuing institution decides to hand the transcript over to the individual to have them sent to WES is a different thing.

You are welcome. Also, remember to include your WES reference number on the transcript request form. This number you get when you make your payment prior to sending your transcript. This helps WES to track and tie your documents together if sent differently. You can quote this number in all correspondence to WES. All the best mate.

Admin can we have the initial / signature of the VO officer in the MR Email recieved to be part of the sheet (unless there is no initial /signature)

I have updated my few documents and thinking to send the police clearance from UK even it has not been asked yet. After sending the PCC, I m thinking to raise CSE.

...and to top it up, I must say, they should not withhold anyone's Passport that long for never know when one may need it. 2 Months or so is a long time.
Seeing that their reply to any query can be expected anywhere between 2 - 4 weeks and let's say I have to travel to China in the next one month, will I be asking them when they will send me the stamped PP or should I ask them to return the PP, stamped or not, because I have to resubmit for China visa and I have less time left seeing that even returning the passport via national post can itself take 1-2 weeks?
Worsen the situation when the person is not in home country and had to send the PP to consulate abroad.

Moreover, one year period given for landing is supposedly calculated from the date when medicals are received. Thus the delay in returning the passport eats up that period.
