I read in sinestra's post that the amount for two persons can be added in one DD. Just to re-confirm, is it better to send two DDs individually for each person or is it kind of ok to club the amount in one DD.

57,800 INR (28900 per head) in one DD is fine. You need not go for two DDs & incur extra DD making charges.

I am staying in Bangalore currently. Although i got some of my certificates translated from Punjab, But if you go to Mayo Hall near MG road, There would be more than enough legit people available to translate your documents at some nominal costs.

We were 5 but principal applicant's medical paper were missing (we didn't receive from CHC) so the nurse said no worries, you tell us the application number or the UCI number this way they will take out the printouts of medical forms of the principal applicant (whose medicals were missing).

I am from Pakistan and I applied under NOC 2145. My VO is London...

My Application reached CIC on 17th July, 2013 and I received my PER on 21st October, 2013.

I have just checked in my ECAS and it has the second line which says that "We started processing your application on 24th January, 2014"..

My Question is that what will be the next step now.. I haven't received any email from CIC after the PER...

I have to send all my docs by marc 7th to ndvo......but I see my pcc may be ready by 10th Feb.....in mean while can I send my medicals and dd alone to ndvo and will send pcc later....not sure if it makes any useful sense...and is it ok to ndvo if I send my pcc alone later
