I haven't been here for a while after 2147 cap reached...
I'm interested is there someone who recieved application back after cap reached or received a letter from CIC at least?
I wonder when to expect my app back?

I will appriciate if you give me CIC contact information in order to ask them directly.

Yes I have received mine back yday. My application reached CIC on 13th June and I received the pack yday to Bangalore India

Any Idea from which email id would we receive the employment verification or will it be a physical verification??

My Suggestion is that , to get this info from which mail Id we would receive especially for NDVO and get white listed in the company you are working as the Spam filter can discard it thinking it as a Spam.


This forum is for getting information like this, which will help others ....but it looks like this is getting side tracked, by writing jokes etc...

Nobody here in this forum has reported about employment verification yet. So, there is no question of e-mail or any other kinds of mode of verification. Nobody knows that how it happens or it happens or not happens at all. Its because of that, nobody is responding you.

Till now no body reported any background calls or e-mail verification till now.

But from other threads I came to know the background verification is very rare and it will be only invoked if they think something is fishy.

One of my friend from 2011 FSW program said his employer got a call from some third party agency on behalf of CHC-New Delhi.But the call was only to confirm if he works there,approx duration and job duties in general.

From Delhi Medical monsoon thread someone reported of physical verification.the NOC was for Cook and officials even took pictures of the person in office premises and while making dishes.They also asked recipes of few dishes to the guy.

As per my understanding background verification will be only done via phone or Physical.E-mail verification will be time consuming and there is no guarantee that some one reply to it and CHC would be knowing this fact.

My spouse is a foreigner and I am an Indian. Our visa office is NDVO. As she stays in her country I was planning to have her medical from her country and mine from India. We have checked and called the Panel physician of her country authorized to do the medical test. The panel doctor said us it is possible to do medical test from her country. After the test the physician will send the report to the Canadian embassy in Manila because health test result will be considered in Manila not India. NDVO will be able to view and download the result of this online. Is this information correct?

Because previously from many of the posts from the forum I thought the physician will send medical result to NDVO. As with in 45 days the test result should reach the visa office we are worried if the process is wrong we may loss the time unnecessarily.

"Finally after almost 8 months of medicals I am seeing the long awaited 'Medical Received line' on my ecas. Thank God ...........some movement is happening............... "

this guy got his PER in 2010 and medical request 2013 March after 8 months his ecas updated..... :-X

What is someone has to travel outside India for work and meanwhile there is request to submit the passport for stamping? Can one submit the passport from outside India? I understand that medicals can be sent though.

Island Babe : they have still not started processing the case . Its just a nrmal request from the Visa Office to update them and in return of the case specific question he had earlier sent.
Im in the same situation, I have sent all the documents but E-CAS has not shown still that they have "" started processing my case"".

For your kind information I finished my medical in August. But my ECAS not shown ' we started processing your application on xxxx' till today.
But in September ECAS added second line ' medical result have been received' .
so dont depend on ecas completely..
