but surprising thing is you got PER keeping in view there are atleast 8-10 ppl from our sheet and maybe 30-40 ppl globally who were skipped and you got it.

PER=when you have sufficient points to qualify and your application package is complete plus you are eligible to be processed.

AOR= when visa office receive your application package from CIO, and the are going to start the processing.

PER = Positive Eligibility Review (by CIO)

AOR = Acknowledgement of Receipt (of your application by your VO)

I think this shouldn't be a problem. One of my exp letters was missing this info as well....

Hi Guys,
I go a reply for the gcms notes which my brother requested from canada.
its a 36 page document. cio in sydney awarded us 74 points...(only 11 points for work experience as our previous work experience letters were not in correct required format)

our file was received and updated in system in London Visa office on 19-Aug.
Last activity update on file was on 29-Aug. GCMS notes were created on 4-Sep.

Is there anything mentioned in GCMS notes about what kind of update happened on 29th Aug? or Does it show anything that your applications is at what stage or process currently ??

Well it is a complicated file for sure. 36 pages all CIC languages.
It gives all points calculation detail. overall score. number of outgoing letters to us. tht is ofcourse the PER via e-mail. its mentioned there.

it says that work reference letter has not been verified yet. it says education verified via WES and ielts also verified.
Medical not started yet. criminal records not started yet.
in a number of places of paper file history....the status says 'Open'

Last activity of 29-Aug is on Paper file history....

i see following created dates for paper file history:
- 07-Aug (thts my PER date)
- 12-Aug
-19-Aug
-29-Aug

Did you send your Application on June 26 or July 10?

After sending the documents, how long do you usually wait for feedback from them? I sent my application package yesterday.

I can't give the exact dates because I can't find my FeDex receipt. This is the closest from what I can remember, I sent it July 10 and they received it July 15. I'll update here once I find my receipt.

Do you receive PER email or at least CC/DD charged?

I got DD charged with some receipt number provided along with a line mentioned ""Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive determination of eligibility to be processed"...."Your application will be forwarded to a visa office for further processing."
Please let me know Is this PER confirmation?...I got two numbers provided in email..One clearly says UCL and the other just says application EXXXXXXXX.....wat is this number..Is it file number?..
