Any idea of timelines for PCC in Bangalore? I have no clue how long it will take in Bangalore.

I will share my PCC experience. Initially my passport was issued from Bangalore passport office which made my process much easy. I filed a form online of passport seva site then went to passport sevakendra in the morning by 9:30 AM and by afternoon 1 PM i got my PCC for Canada in hand.

Note : If your passport was issued with in last 1 year from any Non Bangalore Passport office you will get in 10 days. If your passport was issues 2 years before then they will send it for police verification.

Guys I have a doubt....would CIC maintain information of the incomplete applications that are being returned? I mean details about the individual,NOC etc? Please give your thoughts..

Hi All,

Hi All

I'm new to this forum and my spouse is a principal applicant.
Application received date is June 11, still haven't received any information from CIC, called CIC and got to know that application package was returned on Aug 13. I haven't received my returned package yet. we have moved to new address within USA in month of July, my issue is with tracking the returned package. I've already sent an email to CIC for change of address request but haven't received any reply.

My question here is

1. Via which postal service (Private or Govt) the application package will be returned
2. How many days does it take to receive returned application package - (Canada to USA).

Please Help.

Thanks for your reply sreeramp regarding the postal service. Seniors can you please advice, how many days does it take receive the returned application from USA to Canada, its been a month time still haven't received my returned application, I'm in trouble situation if I'll get my package or not.

Wow... My wife's passport was not made in PSK but a Bangalore One center. I will try the PSK link and see if it works for her.
Is your PCC valid for 6 months? or rather, at the time of submission of PCC what's the minimum validity you need to have on your PCC?

Hi guys,

I am reading some other forum discussion sites and I found out that one person (FSW 2013 applicant) from Johannesburg has already received his passport back with PR visas stamped. The time line is in his signature. His user name is Charl&Wouter.

http://www.sacanada.org/topic/17790-fsw-application-first-response/page-2

It seems that some visa offices are working faster but I can't find any official link related to instructions that says 12 months is maximum processing time for FSW 2013.

Thanks for sharing. I also looked around the forum and found this as well...

This thread I found seems to be more explicit.

Does NDVO has any plans to send any AOR today, ;D

Always the PCC will be valid for 1 year. As per CIC when you submit the PCC to them then it should be issue with in last 90 days.
