As many of you know that our application was returned reason being that we sent an old schedule 3 form plus in the letter it was written "your letter of employment must clearly give evidences showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all the essential duties, for that period of employment. If your letter does not provide us with of this information, you will not meet regulation 10 of IRPA.
You Should pay particular attention to all forms, information,documents, .........Applications missing these items will be considered incomplete and will be returned to you"

Okay now we are thinking of applying again asap for 0211. Jus need suggestion that what are the necessary things to be mentioned in the employment letter? We did miss something that could not satisfy the visa officers. An early suggestion would be appreciated as we need to finalize it today.

Really Mohanna,

Don't i stand any chance. The consultant through whom i have applied is saying that i still stand a bright chance.
If aware can you please repsond to any of my 2 queries.

I am really sorry for my text, but it will be real. Consultants are looking for money, they will get your funds and pay back to you with a 10 or even 50% decreasing for their incorrect activities. hope to be success in future and next tries.

Buddy can you please respond the number of applications for NOC2147 is reflected as 210 what does this mean ? Is it that these number of people have got the file number or what.

Really stressed as get PR is kind of critical for me.

Ankit,, CIC currently operating at June 14 to June 20 slab... But possibly this count update is marly till June first week only..... Here with this Flow there is very rare chance to continue this CAP in next month meance July'13.....

Dont stressed and start trying to look after other way of migrating canada... PNP is a good option ask consultant to check for that also...

Keep finger cross and check your luck.... By considering recent update...It seems you are almost at the eadge on 0211 CAP...

Thanks DD & Three star, considering that 210 are the successful applications till June 20.
Then there is zero likelihood that i will get file number for the case received on 19th August :-(
Any one aware of australian PR or any alternative to get canadian PR.

My application has reached CIO on 10th June, 13 for 0211 category. They neither charged my CC nor sent me e-mail of NER.

I have sent e-mail to CIO on 12th August, 13 and still waiting for their reply. Past one week I am continuously trying to reach CIC helpline but didn't get through.

Please advise me what to do????????????????

Call CIC and ask them about your UCI number, if you can get it means that your envelope has been opened and hopefully accepted or inevitably rejected. in both cases they have to give you your UCI number.

Since in your previous posts mentioned that you forgot to write your NOC code on your envelope, maybe your application is keep somewhere and gone for a unexpected time.

First call and ask about UCI, second check your ECAS with UCI, and third check your bank account.

But looking at the spreadsheet, since last week there hasn't been much activity in the NOC 0211 and CAP jumped to 167 from 127 in just 4 working days.

I think you have a bright chance...
