I got the following message as reply:
Good Afternoon.

This email is in response to your recent submission of the WES educational credentials to our office.

Please note: I can find no record of a submission with our office and as such your documents are being returned to you.

Does anyone know an alternative address or particular office to address my letter to?

I believe strongly that my application is in the system somewhere. I am a July 2 applicant. Original application received by Dexter.

Please advise me on how you sent your additional document that made CIC to be able to trace a d add the additional document to your existing application.

I can't understand cap update. Is the number counted on PERs received or applications received by CIC. I mean none of NOC 2147 applicants claimed CC/DD charged nor PER after 20th june and the update shows 210.
I am 17th july applicant and really worried right now. Don't know what to expect, as everyone I was hoping to get approved

Hi all, though I have not been able to post as often as I would like due to busy schedule, I still try to catch up every other day.

I am so happy for those whose files have progressed from being charged to AOR.

However my heart goes out to all whose apps were returned for one reason or the other. Especially for those whose in NOCs 1112 and 2174. For those whose NOCs are not so hot according to today's cap update, don't give up. Reapply.

Our returned package finally arrived on Saturday stating the obvious as I posted a few weeks ago. Now my worry is that the original IELTS result was also returned. So even though we have reapplied (with a cover note that British Council (BC) refused to give us the results) and British Council has sent the original IELTS result to CIC, CIC may say the check list stated that if they retained the IELTS then a copy can be sent instead of original, and then return the pack as incomplete again!

But you know what? Even with the 210 update I am not giving up until it is over... Tomorrow, we will send another package with a cover letter and just pray to God to take control. Miracles still do happen....
