Hi rawdah/ seniors,

Just pulled up this old topic reg. the documents which could not be furnished.

1. I did not furnish my birth certificate as I don't have one ! Until late 70's in India many people didn't have their birth certificates. So for all college admissions etc. we used to submit X standard marksheet.

With the FSW application I have put a covering letter why a birth certificate is not attached; and supported the same with X standard marksheet and passport. Will CIC accept this?

2. I haven't put the experience letter from my current company. I have explained in the coverting letter that if I ask my company to give an experience certificate then it would jeopardize my current career. However I have put lot of other docs as proof such as Appointment letter, Pay Stubs, Compensation review letters etc.

Will CIC be fine with this? or it needs to have the experience letter?

Can anyone please throw some light on above two? I am bit concerned that my application might get rejected on these grounds !

Many Thanks.
We have one member sandy1985, he submitted std 10th marksheet in lieu of his birth certificate which was accepted by cic and he had his cc charged recently.
Appointment letter, pay stubs all are fine but did your Appointment letter mention your job responsibilities?

Hi rawdah,
Thanks for responding. No, in the appointment letter there was no mention of job responsibilities. I work for an IT company. Is that a problem?

Thanks.

According to the above link, I am afraid that my application did not pass the Eligibility Review check because my CC was charged on 8 Jul and all members having CC charged on 8 Jul in this forum have received PER but I have not yet :(

I see you have 11+ years experience.
Have you mentioned your job responsibilities for your previous employers atleast?
Cic require job description from the applicants for evaluation purpose to know whether their job responsibilities matches with the job description of the selected NOC.

rawdah,
Yes; In the experience letter from my previous employer, all the job responsibilities have been called out...and those match with the job description of the selected NOC. Any hope?

Thanks.

Thanks Jigzy and Islandbabe, I am feeling a little better hearing from you guys. However I would keep my fingers crossed while hoping my DD gets encashed as early as possible. :) :)

Hi Pepto,

I am in exact same situation as you. My application was received my CIO on May 9th. Let me know how it goes with you.

Thanks,

Pal, you can't get no firm answer here... 2132 has 42 applicants on this forum (while global cap is 300, so only us make 14% of the cap), so that means the cap is near or possibly already done. Good thing could be that if it's not done today - you still have good chance, since applications are now slowed down very much, but there is really no way to know.
The spreadsheet can only give us an idea of relative ratios of NOCs, but we have no good idea how it compares it to real CIC world.

Personally, I'd probably apply if I was you.

As i hear from the good sources,2132 still encouraged to apply while the top 3 NOCs in FA and computers are likely filled up.

Hats off to all the admins!

In my opinion, since payments are still being collected for applications received by CIC on May 16th.

Since 2174 has reached 51 in 12 days (from 4th May untill May 16th).
My calculation is 51 / 12 = 4.25 applications per day
and 4.25 x 70 days = 300.

so chill guys 2174 candidates whose application are recieved untill the 14th of July should be safe in my opnion :) chow
and 1112 candidates whose applications are received untill the 7th of July should have high hopes too :)...

Say that I am not wrong ;D
