Sorry to repeat it again then, I have noticed it now itself. It can be useful for people like me who haven't noticed it until now and May be we can discuss, why CIC is still saying its an estimate, instead of giving the precise date for us.
I remember last update was on june 20th,I guess they are updating every fortnight. please correct me if I am wrong.

Even I got the same reply that my application is received by first agent however no news yet. I am 'n touch with bank for DD status. Hoping for the best...

Next 2 times I called they were not ready to give any info...just praying that v make it!!!

Its an estmate because although they receive applications daily, they are unable to verify if all the neccessary documents and requirements are present.
So the update is for the ones ACTUALLY gone through by CIC.
This means that though the update states xxx No, its possible there are applications which though not yet verified are complete. This is a way for them to remove liability from CIC in case one submits based on d cap update only to have d forms returned later due to CAP fill
