It was filled, reviewed a lawyer in Canad and sent to be to sign it, I don't really remember which destination he filled as that wasn't a major concern.

I have read that huge percentage of the applications return unsuccessful because of improper forms filling or missing documents, a percentage of 85% was mentioned, do you think that is true? and when we can expect CIC to publish anything about the accepted applications?

Thanks

please look on to http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/complete-applications.asp for cap details

My opinion about guessing that 85% of the applications return unsuccessful because of improper forms filling or missing documents is far from reality

If the percentage has been told by the lawyer, than I am afraid, he just bragged about it to get your attention [and score you as a client :)]. I could agree for around 15-30%. But 85% is very high.

It is absolutely NOT true that 85% of applications are returned,as they are filled out incorrectly. It MAY be that 85% of applications that are returned are returned BECAUSE they are filled out incorrectly.

exactly.......this is how the people get trapped

I agree, however that wasn't the reason why I decided to go with a lawyer.
