Jigzyy - come on...you know you are better than this! There is no point in freaking out. It shall work out if it is meant to. If you freak out, people like me have no hope. You represent us, so you need to stay strong!

YEs...great news for your cousin. He is on the way to his PR CArd.

Yes, It shows my cousins details and " In process" along with current mailing address.

Does it already mean that his application has PER and met Minimum criteria and file transferred to VO.
Thanks

No update yet... Seems like 1112 officers are pretty slow:(

Hey Admins/Seniors...

What does "In Process" on ECAS means? Its regarding my Cousin's PR Application. He hasnt recieved any info from bank yet, and no PER email, but we were able to get his Client ID and File Number E000XXXXXX from Call centre.

Can someone pls answer to my query.
Thansk
Take it easy, same situation with mine. Before PER I got the UCI from call center, and status is "in process". After PER, still " in process". Just relax and cheers!

Well, I have a very bad news and right now I am very much pissed off at CIC.

They have returned my application and the reason mentioned is I have not included my IELTS!!!!!!!!!!! I AM 100% CERTAIN (no doubt) that I included it. Apparently, they lost my IELTS. The letter I put was in its pocket and now there's nothing in my package returned!

Guys, what do you think i should do. I try to stay cool but this is ridiculous. Seriously ridiculous!

Oh my God, I am so angry right now! CIC officers really?!!! Where's my IELTS score?

Jigzyy don't freak out. Its just the usual DD delay....even some CC's take a while to be processed. CIC will probably send you PER before the bank sends you the information.

Well I was very hopeful for a cap update today, but it seems it may not be in the cards for today.

Hey Jigzyy - did you try checking online using application number as ID as opposed to UCI? Just a thought as from my reading of the regulations the UCI might be generated earlier but the application number shouldn't be assigned until the positive MI check has been done... If you've not tried - give it a go and let me know!

:o WOW bad news Idoit, sorry. Did you photocopy your package before you sent it, double check that first, if you have copies. What do you mean pockets?????

Dont worry about no cc charge, jigzyy. Mine is a may 9th 2174 application, CC is not charged yet.

It looks like applicants who had previous work permits or travel to Canada is taking more time. I see that you have a previous application, so it's bound to take more time.

I still have good hope that my app will be through.

Damn it :| Just when I was trying to cool down myself! I am really sorry for this, but you are in Canada & you can defend your stance by hiring a lawyer, and re-submitting the application.

Sorry to hear Idoit!!!!!! You should have another copy of your IELTs, could you send it ASAP.
Islandbabe, this makes me rethink the option of stapling. So many loose sheets, suppose the package falls?!

Sorry by pocket I meant envelope. I was so angrily excited and mixed them.
Yes, I did. But what would be the use now? I'll call them now but as all governmental matters, how can I prove? I had 2 original copies of IELTS score and put 1 for CIO and kept one for myself, so what should I claim now if they have lost it?

Yes I do. But it might be useless now to apply! Poor CIC customer service who might pick up phone right now, has to hear so many mild swearing words.

Oh man! Someone else gets paid at the comfort of sitting on their bums in the office and we have to pay for their mistake. :(
Whoever JMQ (Officer at CIO) is and who has signed and returned my application. You just wasted so much of my time and money.

Idoit - that is outrageous! Do you have any proof you sent the IELTS along? If no proof, I guess it is your word against theirs. I am not even sure legal action would work without evidence. Perhaps you have some photocopies or something along that line?
