There is no fix tym for the applictn to reach india from my personal exp as in 2011 I got my applictn back in 10 days, and this year thy sent my applictn back on 10th jan and I havnt got it back till now...so nobdy can predict this bt roughly around 2 mnths.

Secondly all international DD's have six mnths validity and tht too for beneficiary....It nevr expires u cn get ur money back anytym by presenting the DD or else u cn request bank for stop paymnt and thy vl give u the money in 4 to 5 days tymm and u dun need to present dd for tht...

Thanks Rajvir for the reply. I went to the bank to enquire about it and they said that you need to have the draft to encash it. I told them that I might not get the draft by 30th march (validity date). They said then they won't be able to encash it. I am quite worried now as it is a big amount.

Dnt worry brooo as my othr frnds suggestd its job duties tht matters nt the designation....I work as a senior microbiologist and I applied under 3211 in nov and now 3212.....so go ahead with it..

May i know how did u justify the roles and responsibilities part in ur noc change with the same job experience?
Did u change it ?
and if yes, wouldn't it be a contradiction with ur last application?
if no, is it ok to apply under two different noc's with same job?

My noc 2132 case spoiled due to consultant's negligence.
Now i want to apply my case under noc 2243.
Plz let me know asap, if thats possible.
is it possible if my experience letter has my designation as Human resource manager and i add a reference letter clearing that i had additionla job responsibilities matching with noc 2243. The verification is not a problem. Do they accept it?
or is there any other way out?
only u forum mates can understand this urgency to know this.

Everything has its limit. I think NDVO is testing my limits.

I don't understand why NDVO is reluctant in issuing the MR to me. HAVE I MADE A SIN. ? ? ?

It cnt be like tht broo there mst be a way out..tell bank to stop paymnt and chck for d solution of bankers draft in case of losttt

Hi Arbeh,
There was height and eye color option in the Generic IMM0008_ENU (box no 5 and 6) form but I am not sure if you are supposed to submit it again. I am wondering why did they ask for it? Could you check the form (if you have a copy) to make sure that you put everything right at the first time. You should send an email to CPP-O asking about which form to submit with the updated information.

Thank you Aloha, Yes, I have written my color eye and height in Generic IMM0008. I have received the following email from CPP-O;
This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada. In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

· Medical examination for yourself and your spouse (Medical Instructions will be sent separately via email within the next 48 hours)



Proof of education for your spouse

· Updated evidence of settlement funds in Canadian currency (showing 6 months deposits/ withdrawals history) for yourself/ your spouse



· Original police certificate for yourself and your spouse from your home country


· RCMP fingerprints for yourself and your spouse: These fingerprints must be sent to the RCMP Headquarters in Ottawa for a Certified Criminal Record Check.



· Updated letter of reference from current employer confirming employment along with detailed description of your duties OR proof of current enrollment and attendance at school.

· To update your physical description, please provide the eye colour and height for yourself and all of your accompanying family membersbut there is no enclosed Biodata form



· Payment of Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) for yourself and your spouse.

Shall I go ahead and apply under 2173. Please clarify this
