Enjoy Waiting. . . . .
but no news of other members (say app rec upto 15th may or so) that means other member forms are found in order which is positive side

I wouldn't be so sure about that. Wasn't there someone else, apart from Marta, who used the old Schedule 3 form and is yet to hear back?

its 14 days passed (Matra's letter was of 30th may) so i feel first lot's first step should be clear else they may hear some thing atleast. . . . . . . ofcourst this is purely a guess. .. . . . .

Yes, agree that Marta's letter was dated 30 May but she got her package back on 6 June (last thursday). Given she is in the US, I am sure returned packages for Europe and Asia would take much longer. Mate - this is gonna be one hell of a journey. No point trying to over-analyse!

There was someone else who acknowledged that they used the old schedule 3 (I am not making this up) and we haven't heard from that person yet.

i think that Marta was kind enough to let us know about the mail that she received from cio. There will surely be many others who have received some communication from cio by now but they are not willing to share it.

well it is possible that he is not from US and from asia/middle east, so docs are on the way.... So it doesnt means that after checking marta's file CIC officers are gonna for strike..:-) or might be.....

They should make a progress on first level checking....

All the possibilities are there. . . . till some one share we cant say anything

lets wait and watch

Martha,
I'm also in the same situation as yours. I submitted the older version of the schedule 3. I'm still waiting for my application to be returned. I have a question on the IELTS though. I did sent my original IELTS report with my application. Looks like it is difficult to get a duplicate one in case if I have to resubmit my application. How did you manage IELTS report when you resubmitted the application. Did CIC sent the IELTS back to you ?

Found it! - Jars123, unfortunately, also had an old Schedule 3. We haven't heard from him yet...

Agreed. But CIO seem to be doing a multi-step completeness check i.e. they would check correct forms first, then go on to see if they are filled right, then to see if 67 points have been reached etc etc. If CIO was doing the full completeness check per file, I am sure some of the early birds would have been charged by now...

discussing a new topic is real way of passing time....the way of enjoing waiting.... :P :P :P :P :P

Btw, my analysis of the 2011 file tells me:
  • Average time for CC charge was c.60 days
  • Early birds time for CC charge was c.30 days
  • Average time for PER was c.90 days

...and we are no where near 60 days

correct but that all are different phases of application check....First, second like that.. So document check is frist one...And point counting and Cc charging is second one....
