Has anyone heard from the user Spillover? Remember he had stated his CC got charged? Has he confirmed anything as yet?

I think his information was made up.

Has anyone heard about application being returned outside this forum? I mean through agents, friends, connection, word of mouth news, other forums, other websites. Just curious to know why Marta is the sole person to this unfortunate fate? note that I want this to happen with anybody else but her ONLY news has risen lot of questions.

You're right, no whispers so far. There is always the possibility that not so many people outside the forum have applied - i.e. that the % is different this year to previously.
Wishful thinking perhaps but a happy thought.

User Anac has contacted me...He is still in the game! He sent the new schedule 3 form, so he is only a little concerned about the old generic form. He hasn't gotten any feedback as yet. His application arrived at CIC in the afternoon of May 9th.

Kashka, I was thinking about him today and over the last weekend but was restricting myself of an unnecessary post. Looks like we had been missing that (funny) guy who literally spilled.over a bag full of beans back then!

If there is no visible change in the form, it does not mean that everything is ok, they may make changes in code that collects data and generate bar codes, nobody can tell exactly that in old forms what all information they were collecting through old bar codes and what changes they made in new forms.

Once they get the form, they just scan the bar codes and their systems get populated automatically based on the information collected in bar codes.

Hence don't underestimate if there is very less or no visible change in the forms!!!!

My personal opinion is that only few people applied way in advance ...e.g during May , only those who were 100 % prepared , for rest of us we had to collect educational documents , bank statement etc .If some one started the process at the beginning of cic criteria release on 4 may 2013, it almost took them 30 to 40 days , except for those who had degrees from Canada. Lets hope cic has still not reached limit :'(.

Validity of 2 years of my IELTS is going to be expired on June 12th, 2013.

As per CIC guide, its acceptable.

Yes. It has to be valid when it is received at CIC. So you are safe.
