HAS ANYONE GOT HIS/HER Application Package Back after the CAP full
I had applied for the Federal Skilled Worker Program under Computer Programmer and Interactive Media Developer (2174) on 3rd July 2013. But the CAP was already full a long back. But I haven't received my documents back. What the HELL is CIC doing. Either encash my DD even after the CAP full or just give me my things back.

Have you received the Medical request or an Email that states that you will get the MR within next 24 hour.
If I remember, one of the member had received the email in which it was stated with MR email will follow in next 24 hour

I agree not to rely on consultants. I went through a consultant (an expensive one) but during the course of application preparation I released that I had more updated information than him. Then I decided to apply on my own and considered the initial payment as sunk cost.

Anyways you should definitely send documents and update your file, as it will save you from future delays. The same was confirmed by LVO, as I wrote in one of my previous posts.
