i will suggest you send clear copies of your passport to LVO and not wait for them to ask as it might cause unnecessary delay putting into consideration that LVO is in itself very slow...

just my opinion...good luck

I called CIO twice time but could not get my client ID... Its too difficult to wait and wait. Allah Bless you all and me as well

Rawdah they did not ask to send any document so far but I sent my PCC last month as well to update my file but before sending i sent LVO email and asked the persmission. Got a reply in a week that send your document with your name, UCI, DOB to update your file.

By chance I got my UCI in first attempt on phone. you paid application fee by CC or DD???
