Finish your ECA. Never mind those rumors. Even if old ECA is rejected, you can ask the agency to issue a new certificate, and they will promptly do it. This happened to a few folks this time also (who had ECA done earlier).

hi Chintan, make sure you do your ECA with WES not with ICAS, since ICAS will ask you to submit all your certificates again and will not consider the one you have.

i am planning to apply for NOC 2243 by end of this month...
will i be able to make it within the CAP of 300?
is it compulsory to send PCC with initial application?

Well, no one will give you any guarantees whether your application will be within cap or not. However, there are only 36 applications processed by CIO so far, so my *guess* is that you are likely to get in.

It's strongly recommended to send a PCC with your application, but PCC is not required for *initial* assessment of eligibility at CIO.

Yes, I emailed them, they replied on 1st Oct stating no record of my submission .

do u hav courier record in ur case ur consultant may hav list ur file

guys.....im july 29th applicant for 2131....I already waited for 81 days....and normal trend is 85 days of wait period......currently I see july-15th apps are being processed....any idea how many days still I need to wait.......this wait is wasting my precious time

Hi,

U called CIC at which number? I called CIC at +1-613-944-4000 but they told me that they can't provide me information and i need to contact CIO through email (CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca)

it takes time actually i also called for 3 4 times then they gave me that UCI number. U just called them and directly ask UCI number. But with UCI number its of no use i guess as i am tracking it but showing unable to process i am also worried now

dear june applicants who dis not recieve anything like me listen caredully.i think they have forgot to process our applications as i talked to agent and asked for the possibility of ignored files she says that everything is possible and officer may forget to process files i think we are facing the same problem.as my dd is still pending and my app is not been returned as i asked they said its still with cio.becoz call center agents and mail replying staff does not know the exact status they just checked with the system but in actual files are lost somewherelse.plz send them email and share replies u for from cio.

HOw to proced then as i am also june applicant 26th june 13

Friend, patience is key in this business. Expect PER any time after 29th October. My card was debited after complete 3 months. Still expecting PER.

Like "we started you application processing" , People from other VO can share the status update they got before MR please
