Dear All

I just called CIC and a guy called Mark gave me my UCI number(on 2nd call today) starts with 90xxxxxx.Does it sound ok?Like others have similar starting number?Also my status on the CIC website is 'in process'.Please tell me what this means.Just for information my DD has been encashed on 4th September.I am very confused.No PER as yet.

At last ,I got PER last night by the grace of almighty Allah.Alhamdulillah !It took 4 months though DD was encashed on 16th July 2013.I express my gratitute to this forum for guiding and supporting me in many ways.
I request the admin to update excell file.

Truthfully, all you need is about 5 business to do all the things needed for landing. Your visa will come with an expiration date...you MUST land by the specific date given or it will expire and yes that puts the ENTIRE process in jeopardy and they may very well tell you to reapply!!!!!!

You cannot reapply for the Visa alone....they would give you a very very hard time for this or you would have to prove that extraordinary circumstances affected you not landing within the required time frame. Your situation is not considered extraordinary to them.

Could you please let me know a little more about step# 3? How important is it to "land" there and stay there for about 15-days or so, etc., Just in case I don't enter Canada within the duration of time that my Visa would be valid, can I reapply for the visa alone (I hope, the PR application status isn't really coupled with the visa re-application, or is it??)

908 im view getting per soon as compare to 909.me starts from 909.

Anyway, is it possible for those whose application arrived on 28th June to have their application seen and sorted out before my own which was received by Mike on 25th June. I am really worried because their is no news or contact about my application and its now 85 days gone. My category is NOC 2263. Any ideas please
