I have just now called to (001)613-944-4000 and fellow was having very poor approach. He told me that he is unable to give details over phone and advised me to give enquiry vide email.

now waiting is only option

I called twice after waiting for 15 mins the lady said that she cant give me my uci number because im calling from outside canada. She did not even asked my noc or name or birthday or anything. She just told me that wait for the letter and everything will be in their including my uci number.

Ill just have to wait for maybe another week )

yeah then try next week.. its nothing about inside or outside canada.. its just about their mood.. lol

Ok,then same thing you need to mention under 12b next time , but under 12 a you need to mention B. because in early file you have mentioned A.

I am not sure what if your case fall in cap then what about second file, and in case if first file don't get place in cap then will cic accept it?

And again, if you wish to send file for B. then it must be send before first get return to u because in second attempt ,third and so on attemp you must have to mentioned early UCI number of file. So if you send before first come in your hand then there is no point in mentioning UCI number.

Do you have , ielts copy?

I think you should call CIC and advise them whether you can send for B or not.

I think you should consult whether you can file or not,
To confirm this you should get info from cic or from genuine lawyer or expert in this. Forum
