I called last aug 23 and the agent did not give me any useful info just an email address where i can send my inquiry.

U can try calling them and ask fo ur UCI num .. or wait fo nxt week

I called twice after waiting for 15 mins the lady said that she cant give me my uci number because im calling from outside canada. She did not even asked my noc or name or birthday or anything. She just told me that wait for the letter and everything will be in their including my uci number.

Ill just have to wait for maybe another week :))
