Though this is really a very "spirit lifter" status that you get to see on Ecas, I would suggest you send them an email inquiring about the status of your file. They should reply in about 20 working days.

Just saw that my credit card has been charged for "CITIZENSHIP & IMM FS" . It is still in the
pending transactions list. Transaction date is 09/05/2013. I am a 2147 applicant and my
application reached CIC on 06/20/2013.
