Yes, I am in the spreadsheet. My file was returned, but I resent it and they got it on June 14 again. Almost no hope taking into account my NOC...

I have heard of London VO apps being transferred to Paris VO. However, this was not due to strike but more to do with workload. The only benefit you can have is if/when your file is transferred to CPP-O as they are not affected by strike action.

Of course it is the same NOC since I don't have any other work experience. :) The application was returned because I used the old Schedule 3.

Paris VO IS part of strike action. Any VO outside Canada is basically working slow/not working...

I think they will find a way to eliminate any future backlog.... They are already suffering from the previous backlogs n a new backlog won't help it. They need to finish all 2013 applicants before accepting 2014 applicant. Backlog is the main reason behind the few required applicants for 2013 (5000 only!) Canada market definitely starve for more than 300 civil engineers for example. Lets hope for the best :)
