I called cic last week and was told that my citizenship case had been approved on Jan 15th, but waiting for oath schedule. I live in Mississauga, but since I got into RQ my case was handled by St Clair. There has not been any update dice my test.
1) any one has an idea how long I would be receiving a letter notice?
2) would I be taking oath ceremony at STC or Mississauga? (Someone said all St. Clair RQ cases will be send to STC for oath)

Thank you!

March 2012 submission
Jan 2013 RQ
May 2014 test
Jan 2015 approved (according to cic on the phone)

Where was your test done

If you live in Mississauga you will most likely take the Oath in Mississauga even though you should not rule out Scarborough as a lot of the RQ cases are transferred there.

called cic, and the official wait time is 6months between case approval and oath. cic agent will only be able to escalate the case if 6months wait time is past..

if anyone has an experience how long you know about the wait time between your case approval and ceremony at St Clair please kindly let me know as a reference.
