I live outside of Quebec and my job only requires English. I took the TEF test and scored NCLC5 in listening, speaking making me eligible for the Francophone Mobility Work Permit.
However, in the Offer of Employment form that the canadian employer has to fill out what should be put under the "Explanation of how the job meets the requirements of the exemption being requested" section? Since the job has no need of french would it suffice to just mention that the employee has received suitable score in the TEF test for the LMIA exemption?
