i am very similar situation/dilemma. my wife's SOWP was approved and within two days i received login credentials.
she has submitted her passport for TRV. i am not sure whether she will be able to travel with TRV for a SOWP if i receive me e-copr.

Until you receive your ecopr, she is good to travel with her TRV as a worker. Not sure, What happens to her Visa status after you receive ecopr. Inland aplicant with outland dépendants . There is 30 mouths waitting for DM . AR march 2019 . second médical passed for all in jun 2021 .
30 mouths is long wait …

The immigration officer mentioned that there’s a new approval for split landing. Meaning inland applicants will get the Pr now and Outland will get later.
