Inland applicant with spouse Outland.
I applied for paper based PR through MPNP. They received it on April 3, 2018, I added my partner in March 2019, then they transferred our files to the local office. We finished medical exams and uploaded more required information and files to IRCC through email in the early August 2020, still in process. I ordered e-notes, but it says nothing passed, expect medical exams. Eligibility and security not started and criminality is in progress. I don’t understand it is almost three years, they basically have done nothing. We have been apart for over 20 months. MP didn’t help at all, but asked us to wait until Feb 2020.

I understand you completely my friend. We have done so much to come to this point. It’s matter of time. To be honest with you, forgetting about pr, even this forum has helped me undo stress. Please don’t think negatively.

I am close to stop everything and back home to see my wife and daughter .
With COVID situation maybe we have to waitt for long time again.

Except only one category which is:
Inland Principal Applicant(CEC/PNP/FSW/EXPRESS ENTRY) with outland dependents Many applications of this category are on hold at finalization stage.
