I am confused preparing the applications to sponsor my daughter who is 12. My husband and I are Canadians and I know I have to sponsor her since she was born before 2009. Now, my first question is: I am using Checklist IMM5443 since my daughter is here in Canada with me, am I using the right package?. Then, my second question is about form IMM0008 since is mostly for people 18 or older. Do I have to fill it out for her since she is the principal applicant? As you can see I did a lot of help....

Can anyone please help me regarding the amendment to our daughters name.

We added the family name to her name after we landed here. The old name that is on the landing documents does not include her family name and so does the PR card and the rest of the identifications. Now we have added the family name on her passport. What is the procedure to add it on the PR card and the rest of the identifications. Which Form no do I have to fill and attach all the documents.

I ll be grateful if someone can help me with this.
