Form has changed- PR card application

I started filling my Pr card renewal Form casually in August and sent application today. Just checked the CIC website and the guys changed the form in August sometime. No 'Supplimentary information' form needed as well now. Main application form also news.

My application is already in let's see what happens. Maybe they return. Gosh.

Just a heads up to all folks applying for Pr renewal.
 
I sent my application, after that I discovered that it was updated on IRCC website 2 weeks before my application was sent. I did not use the updated format. They received it and it is under processing.

How you checked that its under processing.
I sent mine last week by courier.
 
It will show under process only after 2 months of sending it. At this period of time , one or two weeks , it shows nothing.
 
Sent in Spetember, form was changed in August.

Would you think my application would come back?
 
Mine it changed in June 04 and I sent it in June 17 as well. No return.
Wish yours will not be returned. You have to wait for 2 months before knowing whether it will be returned or not. But most probably, it will be ok.
