I would like to know your comments about my plan in filling up the goods accompanying and goods to follow lists.
In the Form B4 itself, I plan to put Box #'s and the total value per box. I will prepare an excel sheet for the list of goods inside each box. THe reason why i'm planning to do this is because if ever the custom would like me to open one box (incase they want to random check), i could just easily get the excel sheet of that box.
This is how I'm thinking my B4 and excel sheets would look like:
Main B4 Form:
Box 1 ....... $500
Box 2 ....... $200
....so on
Excel Sheet of Box #1 (Detailed list)
Computer/Electronics....... laptop.....brand/serial/model.....$$$
Computer/Electronics....... router.....brand/serial/mode......$$$
Small Appliance...............coffeemaker...brand/serial/model....$$$
Excel Sheet of Box #2 (Detailed List)
Personal Effects........$$$$
Books.......................$$$$
