Hi there ,

How are you doing? Hope you are well. I need one help. I forgot to write my name in IMM008 form. Could you please share with me what will happen in my case? I am really worried . Thanks in advance
It would be really appreciated if you help me out
 
just send the updated form again to cic. other wise they will return ur application .
 
Should i return the only form now? Or the whole application? Do you have any idea when they are going to sent it back ?

Send the updated generic form with explanation letter to case specific enquiry (CSE) immediately,they will consider your problem.

Yes, Sam is right. Enclose as well your PNP nomination copy and your full introduction and letter of explanation.
